1. Accelerate Program – 3 Months Coaching Support
If you are looking for tailored business advice, and help and support to implement the coaching then this is the package for you.
Maybe you are new in business and want to kickstart your success, getting your practice up and running. Or perhaps you have a more established client base but you’ve hit a plateau.
• A client welcome pack including our beautiful journals to make your daily mindset work a joy
• A welcome questionnaire to discover the strengths of your business and areas to leverage
• 6 x 90 minute deep dive calls with Nicola, focusing on strategy and removing any mindset blocks that are keeping you stuck
• You’ll receive a recording of each call, plus a summary email from Nicola giving you clear tasks so you know exactly what to work on to hit the next level of success in your business.
• Regular personalised checkins from Nicola or her team, to keep you on track and focused between calls
• Unlimited support via Voxer (a cross between WhatsApp and email) so you can get questions answered or have Nicola and her team read over copy, emails or social media posts for you.

2. Growth Program- 6 Month Coaching Package
If you are looking to make a big level up with your business, or you want support for a longer time this is the package for you.
It is perfect for you if you wish to have extended support, want to get a big idea off the ground, like setting up a yard or rehab centre, and need more accountability and support.
Included in the 6 month support:

Please note that Nicola is not available during certain times of the year, in alignment with school holidays in England. This means that coaching packages run over a slightly longer period, but rest assured that you will receive the full quota of coaching and support. These ‘holiday weeks’ allow our clients to take a break themselves, immerse themselves more fully into Nicola’s work and integrate all strategic sessions from the coaching.
3. CEO Coaching – 12 Month Coaching Package
This is the deepest level of support available, you will work exclusively with Nicola for 12 months to bring about long lasting change to you and your business.
Please note that this package is only open to 4 female founders, who are fully invested in their own personal growth as well as the growth of their business.
This coaching package is a journey of deep discovery and growth for you and your business.
• You’ll discover how to rewiring your mind for your next level of business success
• You will upgrade your entire Identity, becoming your next version of you who holds your next level of business with ease
• You’ll receive tools to shift energy blocks and mindset barriers, including EFT trainings, meditations, hypnosis tracks plus bespoke recordings as required
• You’ll complete a full audit of your current business, including where time and energy is spent and the current packages and offerings
• You’ll review your positioning and presence, and realign this for desired growth of your business
• You’ll receive support on delegate, team building and management, and adding more structure and systems to your business so it can continue to grow whilst requiring less of you
Learn new ways of selling and marketing your services, including the use of AI, the client journey
Upgrade your ability to receive through Nicola’s money mindset coaching.
Each quarter you’ll work through a planning session with Nicola, and you’ll build new habits to support your time, energy and leadership meaning that you are driving the growth of your business with ease and grace.
This coaching is delivered as 2 – 3 coaching calls per month, with a total of 28 coaching calls across the support period, plus day to day access to Nicola every Monday to Thursday.
Complementary places to any NKC Equestrian Training or Animal Business School in person events are included, such as The Healthy Horse Conference, and Founder Networking events.
Access to online resources such as The Therapists Collective are included for you and your team, and you will have private access to our Executive Coaching Curriculum to support you to fully integrate Nicola’s work and coaching.

$1750 a month for 12 months – with a £4400/$6000 deposit

After that we will take a waiting list for 2028.
Please note that Nicola takes August as a time to fully connect with her family, and 1-2-1 coaching is not offered during this time.
As such our 12 month package is delivered across a 13-14 month period allowing for other breaks, festive time, and your holiday schedule.
