1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by NKC Equestrian Training Ltd, including coaching, events, webinars, masterclasses, online courses, and in-person training.
By booking or participating in any services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
Services include:
1-2-1 and group coaching
Webinars and masterclasses
Online courses and digital products
In-person training events, including dissection days
The Healthy Horse Conference (HHC) (including in-person and/or online formats, where applicable)
All services are educational in nature.
Specific terms and conditions may apply to certain events, including The Healthy Horse Conference. Where applicable, these will be provided separately and will take precedence over these Terms and Conditions in the event of any conflict.
3. Bookings and Payments
Payment is required in full unless a payment plan is agreed.
Your place is not secured until payment is received.
Prices may change but will not affect confirmed bookings.
Payment Plans
By agreeing to a payment plan, you commit to paying the full amount.
Payments must be made on time regardless of participation or completion.
Missed payments may result in:
Immediate suspension of access
Removal from programmes
Recovery action for outstanding balances
4. Refund Policy (Digital Products & Online Courses)
Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to materials:
All online courses, webinars, programmes, masterclasses, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
By purchasing a digital product or programme, you:
Acknowledge that access may be provided immediately
Agree that this constitutes the start of the service
By purchasing a digital product or programme from NKC Equestrian Training Ltd, the Client expressly requests immediate access to the digital content and acknowledges that they will lose their statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once access is provided and/or the services begin.
All digital content is for personal use only and must not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold in any form.
5. Disclaimer (No Guarantees)
NKC Equestrian Training Ltd provides educational services only.
By participating, you agree that:
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or results
Any examples of success (including business growth or income) are illustrative only
Business growth, income, and commercial success cannot be guaranteed and will vary between individuals
You are solely responsible for your actions and implementation
NKC Equestrian Training Ltd is not responsible for your business, financial, or personal outcomes
Nothing in these Terms constitutes financial, legal, or regulated professional advice.
6. Coaching Services
Coaching is advisory and educational.
You are responsible for implementing advice.
Results depend on individual effort and external factors.
Missed sessions may be forfeited unless agreed in advance.
7. Events, Webinars & Masterclasses
Dates, content, and delivery formats may change if necessary.
Access to recordings is not guaranteed.
You are responsible for your internet connection and access.
8. In-Person Training & Dissection Events
Attendance is at your own risk.
You must follow all instructions and safety procedures.
Dissection Training Specifics
These sessions involve exposure to animal specimens.
By attending, you confirm that you:
Understand the nature of the training
Are comfortable with anatomical dissection
Will behave respectfully at all times
NKC Equestrian Training Ltd reserves the right to remove any participant acting inappropriately.
9. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Participation in all services is at your own risk.
NKC Equestrian Training Ltd is not liable for:
Injury, illness, or adverse reactions
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Business or financial outcomes from coaching or training
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Nothing excludes liability where unlawful, including death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Health & Suitability
You confirm that:
You are physically and mentally able to participate
You will inform NKC Equestrian Training Ltd of any relevant conditions
You attend entirely at your own risk.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials remain the property of NKC Equestrian Training Ltd.
You may not:
Copy
Share
Resell
Reproduce
any content without written permission.
12. Affiliate & Third-Party Links
NKC Equestrian Training Ltd may recommend third-party services or products.
We are not responsible for third-party content or outcomes.
Affiliate links may generate commission at no extra cost to you.
13. Behaviour & Conduct
NKC Equestrian Training Ltd reserves the right to remove participants without refund for:
Disruptive behaviour
Harassment or abuse
Unsafe conduct
Breach of these Terms
14. Confidentiality
Coaching sessions and group discussions are confidential.
You agree not to share information about other participants.
15. Data Protection
NKC Equestrian Training Ltd complies with UK GDPR.
Your data is used only for:
Service delivery
Communication
Administration
16. Force Majeure
NKC Equestrian Training Ltd is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by:
Illness
Weather
Venue issues
Technical failure
Events beyond reasonable control
17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
